opportunity is taken when an investors offers money,the interest of which is less than what the bank is offering as a loan.

pre-operating capital,and working capital.
- FIXED CAPITAL-includes cost of land,land improvements,and construction
of building.

business, licenses, and other fees related to putting upof a business.
- WORKING CAPITAL-the reserve money needed for daily operations until a
